double authentication issue

I use two separate logins to the launchpad site: bitpusher (<email address hidden>) and fostermarkd (<email address hidden>)

Upon login yesterday as bitpusher I cannot seem to logout successfully. I click the "Log Out" button in the upper-right of any page and no matter what end up logged in again as bitpusher even if I enter my credentials for fostermarkd.

Since the potential exists for this issue to affect multiple launchpad users coming from a shared system (e.g. internet cafe) I will mark security vulnerability.
