launchpad.branches.getByUrls() does not return branch objects

Bug Description

 affects launchpad-code
 done

I wanted to query ~ 100 branches, so used getByUrls instead of the pain
of serial new connections. However, rather than string->Branch it
appears to return string->dict.

I'm not sure if this a launchpad-code issue or a lazr-restful error.

Its a launchpad-code issue blocked by a lazr.restful issue: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/lazr.restful/+bug/481090

With 481090 fixed, this can be fixed.
