Bug Description
The edit icons in the bug status table are currently <img> tags pointing to the /@@/edit icon. This should be changed to use the edit sprite icon.
Fixing this will eliminate one page request from all first-time page views, and eliminate one HTTP request on Internet Explorer cached page views.
