Bug-mail settings hard to find

I was unable to find the settings for bug emails. In particular the page managing about which events I will be informed.
Specific reason: I am subscribed to bug #515525, which has loads and loads of duplicates, and I get informed about each one of them, which is plain annoying.

Are you experiencing bug 5977? Or do you mean more generally that you had no idea where to look for managing bug mail on Launchpad?

No, this issue is not about what bugs I see or do not see in whatever list. It is only about me having no clue how to configure bug email notifications in Launchpad.
E.g. BugZilla has an easy to find configuration menu, where there is a submenu displaying a matrix of checkboxes for which events I want to receive emails under which circumstances. I can not find any such thing on Launchpad.
The only thing I found was: "Hide my email addresses from other Launchpad users" and "Include bug descriptions when sending me bug notifications", which does not even come close in configurability or purpose.

Please note that I searched both the Overview and the Bugs page of my account page (the one I get to when clicking my name in the upper right corner, next to Log Out).

The feature to manage the kinds of notifications you get and a way to see all of them does not exist yet. I mark this bug as a duplicate of one that will provide the underlying feature.
