Sprints interface uses (+) symbol for attending, but doesn't change it when you are

When you go to a sprint page on Launchpad, e.g. <https://launchpad.net/sprints/uds-m>, and mark yourself as attending you do show up in the list of attendees, but the icon for "(+) Register yourself" is not changed.

Currently the same icon as "Subscribe" is being used, but when you Subscribe to a bug that icon is replaced with a red minus symbol. This is not the case when you register your attendance, which could cause confusion.

Emmet Hikory suggested to use the yellow pencil icon instead and I think the best text to use then would be "Edit your attendance".
