Bug Description
While working on OpenObject as a community member (not a project admin), I was asked to mark bug 513278 as not anymore a duplicate of Bug #452854.
That worked but then I wanted to mark bug 513278, and found out the status was still read-only. It should have been "read-write", and was when I reloaded the page.

This sounds like a situation where an Ajax call affects the state of some other part of the page.
