Bug Description
The "Launchpad is in readonly mode" message contains a link to the LP blog for more information. The link target is here:

That page is just a redirect here:

Which in turn is effectively a redirect here:
http://
Can the "LP is readonly" message be updated to point directly at the identi.ca page, so the user doesn't have to chase 3 links to find out what's going on?
