Bug Description
It's confusing that Malone (under /people) uses URL tails such as "+assignedbugs", while Blueprint uses URL tails such as "+specs?

Not sure which way we'll resolve this. First I think we should app-domains landed, which will simplify URL's substantially, then we can consider further changes.
