Bug Description
As mentioned by Steve in LP ML, CoC code wasn't submitted to any code review , thus it has a lot of style issues.
The design itself needs some improvements (possibly it's own table) in order to dumb code to deal with non-persistent data and weird workflow.
The lack of good solutions in this land is causing a lot of trouble to maintain the code and general user insatisfaction.
