Cannot easily view untargeted bugs

Bug Description

Using the portlets on the right of a project page (e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/malone) you can easily view open bugs, bugs with a specific tag, milestone/series-targeted bugs and so on. However it is not possible to get a list of bugs that have no milestones/series associated (without using the advanced search). This can be very useful when planning future releases.
