Automatically handled translations are shown in "Untranslated" and "Items with new suggestions" lists

Automatically handled translation item (translator-credits) is shown in lists "Items with new suggestions", "Untranslated" for template and "Translations you need to review" list on personal page. it cannot be changed, reviewed or anything else, so automatically handled items should be removed from these list.
