Bug Description
We still have some unused remnants of fuzzy support lying around:
* TranslationMess
* TranslationMess
* POFile.fuzzyheader and IPOFile.fuzzyheader
We can drop these entirely, as far as I can see. The code still updates some of these but doesn't use them.
