Bug Description
Currently the WADL (and thus any generated HTML documentation) starts with two <doc> tags: "About this service" and "About version {version}". It would be nicer to give the service a title, and have one <doc> tag: "{service-title}: version {version}". This requires creating a new configuration option and changing the WADL template a little,
