System error if you specify an inexistent assignee in any advanced search for bugs

Bug Description

In https://launchpad.net/products/launchpad/+bugs-advanced, for instance, if you enter 'invalid-team' as the assignee, you'll get a 'System Error'. It should get you back to the same page with the assignee widget highlighted and a message explaining that person/team doesn't exist.

The exception is:
WidgetsError: ConversionError: ('Invalid value', token u'invalid-foo' not found
in vocabulary)
