Bug Description

I linked the bzrk project to a package in ubuntu using a link on its project page:

https://edge.launchpad.net/bzrk/+index

Launchpad suggested 'bzrk' as the possible package name - probably because a package with such a name exists in dapper.

bzrk has been removed since, but making this link created an association with the ubuntu package in Lucid, which does not exist.

The suggestions must be limited to the packages in the current series. The portlet is not obeying the validation rules defined in +ubuntupkg pakage--which will forbid the link and report "The source package is not published in Lucid."
