clearly indicate when a projects primary homepage isn't on launchpad

It would be nice if it was a bit clearer that a particular upstream project didn't use Launchpad at all and that the page on lp is just there to track it. For the individual services this is already done, but there's still quite a few people that seem to consider Launchpad just a hosting site and so would like to see projects removed that don't use it themselves.

Having a message with a clear link to the upstream forge/homepage would probably be sufficient. Perhaps something like:

"This project does not use Launchpad as its primary forge; this project page is here to track the project for the benefit of Launchpad users and projects."
