Import queue entry form doesn't allow approving a template when the path doesn't match

When trying to manually approve an entry for Ubuntu firefox package in Lucid, we ran into this.

File in the queue was added with the path 'something/en-US.xpi', and the template we wanted to approve it under had path 'en-US.xpi'. Trying to make these match in the queue entry form failed due to "file with this path already exists".

Workaround was to change the actual template path to match the queue entry path, wait for auto-approver to approve it and then change the path on the template back.

Not currently in our roadmap and there is a workaround. Patches appreciated, of course.
