Bug Description
If I remember correctly, XPIPO files for Mozilla translations downloaded from Launchpad cannot be uploaded again.
Currently the upload form allows doing such uploads, only to fail later. Here is an example [1].
Therefore, I think uploads should be disabled for templates using the XPI format.
Note: I spoke to Henning about this some days ago, and I seem to remember he filed a bug. I was not able to find it, so I'm filing this one. Feel free to mark it as duplicate, if necessary.
