ProductSeries.getTimeline incorrectly sorts releases on the same day

Bug Description

If I release a release candidate and final release on the same UTC day, ProductSeries.getTimeline will return the final release first, so the timeline graph will be incorrect.

ProductSeries.getTimeline should probably sort before it strips the time from datereleased.
