Distribution mirror probes have long time gaps

There are abnormally long gaps in mirror probers, for instance:

Wed Feb 24 18:19:23 2010: Found that http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/u/ubiquity/ubiquity-ubuntu-artwork_2.1.27_all.deb exists. Updating MirrorDistroArchSeries of Series The Lucid Lynx, Architecture i386, Component main and Pocket Release freshness to Up to date.
