Problem:
If a typo is corrected in a translation, the typo will appear forever as a suggestion.
The same is true for a wrongly imported translation in another language.
In short: translations that are definitely wrong appear all over as suggestions. There is no way to remove them.
Solution:
At least team leaders should get the possibility to remove a wrong suggestion permanently from the system. We need a checkbox "remove this suggestions" |

This would need some further discussion. I am concerned with removal of entries which might be used by other packages (thus, you sometimes *can't* remove them, if they are still present in some of the upstream product translations using Launchpad for translations).
However, I do understand the point you are making, so lets try to think about it first before shooting the idea down. Confirming the bug as well :) |
