Can't remove milestone from bug if milestone list is long

I am working on a project with 22 open milestones. From a bug page (https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/myproject/+bug/XXXXXX) I used the 'Target to milestone' link to assign a milestone for the bug. This works properly. Now I want to remove the milestone from the bug:

1) On the bug page, click the 'i'-in-a-circle milestone button on the bug page. This brings up the "Target to Milestone" popup window. The popup is taller than my browser window (my screen is only 1440x900).
2) Scroll down so the "Remove Milestone" at the bottom of the popup is visible
3) Click the "Remove Milestone" link

Instead of removing the milestone from the bug and closing the popup, the "Remove Milestone" link scrolls my browser back to the top of the page. The popup window does not close.

If the "Target to Milestone" popup is not taller than the browser window, things work correctly and I can use the "Remove Milestone" link in the "Target to Milestone" popup to remove the milestone from the bug.

In order to remove the milestone I have to use the +editstatus link to access the milestone popup menu.

I've reproduced this in FF 3.0.17 and 3.5.7 on Jaunty. It is 100% reproducible for me.

Launchpad version is 10.1 (r10320)
