Bug Description
Hi,
I just uploaded to the wrong place and got back a rejection. However
the rejection was
Rejected:
<lp.archiveuplo
So something appears to be doing a repr() when it should be doing a str().
I think I actually caused this bug :-) We changed to returning exceptions in the
checks, and that probably caused this in some untested code.
