Make license more obvious on branch page

Bug Description
Projects on Launchpad have licenses. This license matters most when downloading the source code. We can see that license when downloading tarballs, but not when viewing branches.
It would be good if the license were visible on branch pages, so that people know what they are getting into.
Perhaps to avoid confusion, this should only be shown for trunk branches?

I think that on trunk branches makes a reasonable amount of sense.
