Bug Description
To be able to get all bugs related to the members of a team, we need to implement a way to query bugs from various assignees at the same time. For instance, if I want a list of bugs fixed by the members of rosetta team, even if not related to rosetta project, I have to do a search for bugs assigned to each member.
If we want to have a list of bugs similar to the list of items we see in the testplan pages today, this is required.
