Bug Description
I was attempting to reassign a bug to manpages-dev, and I got this error:
('Invalid value', token u'manpages-dev' not found in vocabulary)
A more useful error message like ` I don't know the package named "manpages-dev". Did you perhaps mean the source package "manpages" instead? ' might be better.
