Bug Description
Currently, the "entry_gc_age" specifies after how many days an entry is removed to the queue.
It would be better that they be moved to the "Deleted" state instead so that their removal does not come a s surprise to the users. When we implement "status notifications", they will get a change to react before it actually happens.
Other automatic transitions would be possible if needed.
