please mail blueprint subscribers when a linked bug's status changes

Bug Description

This is related to Bug #487337, but different. Actually, it's slightly more important in my opinion (and I filed both).

Please send mail to all subscribers of a blueprint when the status of a linked bug changes.

As we're now linking lots of bugs against blueprints, my manager/teammate/subscribers would like to know when those bugs get fixed. Presently, they would have to go and subscribe to each and every linked bug report, and they would get *all* comments, etc, to that bug.

Rather, linked blueprint subscribers just want to see when those bugs status changes.
