Bug Description
Listing all related bugs for a person or team may bring back bugs where the bug target is a deactivated product. Clicking through to that bug results in a 404 "Lost something?" page and an OOPS is generated.

This problem is a result of our new aggressive non-display of deactivated products that was implemented at the end of Dec-2009.
