Please don't send emails for obsolete builds

Hi

When uploading a package which will fail to build to Ubuntu, you might notice on fast arches, upload a fix, and then get some more emails for the failed builds of the slower arches.

I'd love if Launchpad/Soyuz would stop sending emails for failed builds if another version has been uploaded already and the data is obsolete.

Are there any situations where people would still want those emails though?

I personally couldn't find one which is why I filed the bug; I think that's correct for Ubuntu, but in the case of archive rebuilds, it might make sense to still send these emails even if uploads continued in Ubuntu since the rebuild started.
