Bug Description
We want people to register external bug trackers in Malone even though we don't support them (in order to add a link to a remote bug), so we should add another bug tracker type, "Other", which can be used for all bug trackers we don't yet support.

I'm getting requests from projects for this. It would be especially good if a project using an unsupported external bug tracker could put a URL to the upstream bug tracker in it's +filebug page, to point people to the right spot.
