Bug Description

The Registry Administrators were given these teams that should be deleted:
    https://edge.launchpad.net/~ljses
    https://edge.launchpad.net/~gto-server-developers
    https://edge.launchpad.net/~monos-developers
    https://edge.launchpad.net/~native-americans-languages

But the mailing lists must first be deacivated, then purged. This action fails because I (as a Registry Admin) do not have permission to access the email address. lp.registry.model.mailinglist.MailingList.deactivate() May need to use removeSecurityProxy or the permission on EmailAddress should be modified.
