The problem is that Launchpad doesn't know about Debian's binary packages. This may not be a bug in Launchpad, but this is certainly not a bug in Debian.

Launchpad only knows about the packages built by soyuz, This is really a data issue I think, except this is a case where an automated system makes the data. I image this specific issue will be resolved when the Ubuntu syncs with Debian again.

The package "linux-image-2.6.30-2-amd64" is build from "linux-2.6" and as Ubuntu does it's own kernel, "linux-2.6" was put on the sync blacklist, so it won't sync from Debian to Ubuntu.

We're unlikely to support Debian binaries; at least not for a while. The message should read better, like "Launchpad doesn't know about linux-image-2.6.30-2-amd64 in Debian.
