Can't delete a team

This is not a duplicate of bug 29177 (about merging two teams), because a team may be obsolete without there being any applicable team to merge it into, in the same way that bug 2773 (about deleting a person's account) was valid regardless on the ability to merge accounts. For example, someone may create a team and later realize they should have created a project instead; or a team may be obsoleted by the introduction of structural subscriptions.

This bug can be implemented by using team merging (with the registry administrators team as the appropriate celebrity, I suggest) as the backend; if that is the case then a simple UI to trigger this would be enough.

Removed the teams listed through team merging. I'll duplicate this bug appropriately.

I'll make an effort to add this feature before my next CHR day so that team owners do not need to make requests to have this done.

please delete the team ~gnucash-translators. Upstream decided against using Launchpad for translations, after all.
