Bug Description
Editing content on pages like translation team page does not handle non-ASCII characters in links. For example; a link to a Guidelines wiki page (UTF-8 compliant wiki) has to be inserted like this:
<http://
instead of this:
<http://
The upper is visually desastrous - but works. The latter is rendered as expected - but link breaks just before first accented character.
There are quite a few lang-teams concerned, who have adressed the problem in various ways. Just on the page <https:/
