Bug Description
Questions can expire, broadly speaking, waiting for input from either the asker or the answerer. If it's our fault (as developers) then the expiry mail is a second chance to answer the bug.
However, determining which case it is requires looking at the bug to see the last comment. The answer state kind of tells you, but arguably not sufficiently reliably.
If the question expiry mail included the last comment on the question, it would save me needing to click through.
