"fix released" bugs only searched in advanced search

On my project (VM), bugs marked as 'fix released' disappear. They don't show in "Open Bugs", which is fair enough. But there used to be a link on the right that said something like "View all bugs". That link doesn't exist any more. Even when I search for something, it looks like the 'fix released' bugs are not searched through.

We often set bugs to 'fix released' to clean the desk, so to speak. But the cleaned bugs should then go into a filing cabinet, where we can look them up when necessary.

You can still search for bugs that are fixed using the advanced search, but since often "Fix Released" means that there is a ppa you need to use, and/or that no backport is ever planned, having a quick way to access bugs that you are subscribed to (or involved with in any way) would be really nice.

I would like to add that even Advanced Search is often unable to find a bug report from "fix released" bugs. The bug report
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/vm/+bug/513024
has the title "version.txt missing from lp:vm/8.1.x". Searching for "version" among "fix released" bugs did not bring it up (checked today). So, something is going on.
