'destination ppa' dropdown should show the url too

It only shows the display name, and this isn't unique - how many
'release ppa' ppa's are there ;)

What would be the preferred way to display this? A few options I can think of:

* PPA Name (ppa:user/ppa)
* PPA Name ppa:user/ppa
* PPA Name (user/ppa)
* PPA Name user/ppa

I personally prefer to separate it with parenthesis, and it should probably maintain the syntax used elsewhere in Launchpad with the ppa: prefix.
