Bug Description
Looking at bugs, now we have on top of presentation a green line saying:
This bug affects xxx people, does this bug affect you ?
An exemple: bug 445303
this line says affecting 9 people (today)
Curiously, looking at "duplicates of this bug" in right column, there are 18.
So, if those "duplicates" are really exposing the same bug, i suppose that should be 18 affected people, right ?
Is this counting false or false duplicates ?

The affects count is currently not cumulative for duplicates, but it should be.
