Bug Description
Messages to list admins telling them about messages requiring approval have no useful headers for filtering. I believe Mailman set this header:
X-List-
I think Launchpad should do the same.
(In fact, there are no useful headers set at all. Most mail from Launchpad includes X-Launchpad-
