Bug Description

In the new inline version of the dupe finder, the report-a-new-bug form isn't hidden when you update your query and search again after clicking "No, I need to report a new bug."

To reproduce:

1. Go to https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/malone/+filebug
2. Enter any random search phrase to test
3. Click "next"
4. Click "No, I need to report a new bug"
5. Scroll back up and type another random search phrase and click "check again"

What happens:
The possible dupes disappear but the form remains.

What should happen:
This form should disappear when the possible dupes do.
