When a team mailing list is no longer used it can not be removed
This is the same bug as
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/texasteam/+bug/488316
It was dicussed in the bug that the list is not wanted
on https://edge.launchpad.net/~texasteam but
texasteam@lists.launchpad.net can not be removed
by admin of team
