Timeout error (Error ID: OOPS-1437EA65)

I get this error after I use ubuntu-bug to file a bug report. I run ubuntu-bug. It opens up a browser to https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mythtv/+filebug/lrLoc5okt3YTo6osbZ1jzwv4dgc
I type in the summary of the bug. I click continue and get an error message (error1). If I copy and past that text, I then get what you see in below (error2). That extra information isn't visible on the page. Only after I copy and past it. I get this Timeout error on 3 different computers with Firefox or Google Chromium.

Our edge server has a lower timeout threshold than launchpad.net, so we can catch those before they hit a wider audience. As a member of the Launchpad Beta Testers team, you're more likely to experience them. If this is blocking your work, you can disable redirection.

After disabling edge redirect, I was able to file the ubuntu bug with no problem.

I still think it is very odd the detailed error information isn't viewable unless I copy and past the text from the page.

I saved the page with my bowser and opened the saved page page with my browser. Now I see the grey box with the extra information. This happens with both Firefox 3.5 and Google Chrome.

Just to clearify what isn't visible, I an attaching Timeout.png. Boxed in green is the part that isn't visible the 10+ times I saw this error page, until I saved the page and opened the saved page.

I attached a screen shoot of the error without the extra text. I now get this time out error almost anytime I click a submit button on Lanchpad, unless I disable edge redirect.

The notice is only meant to appear on edge, although it currently only *doesn't* appear on edge. That's bug #403863.

I also get the error, even though I'm not a member of launchpad-beta-testers. Even when hitting the Disable redirection button, I still get the error. I have only noticed this in Firefox 3.5 and Chromium, but I will try other browsers too.
