Bug Description

right now ppa documentation is out of date, it lists things like
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 12345678
and so on
instead it should mention add-apt-repository
since all you need to do in karmic is:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:project/ppa
