ppa pages documentation should list add-apt-repository

Bug Description
right now ppa documentation is out of date, it lists things like
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.
and so on
instead it should mention add-apt-repository
since all you need to do in karmic is:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:project/ppa
