'subscribing' is odd

Clicking 'subscribe' implies (to me) that I'm subscribing *myself*, and instead I am not only giving a choice (reasonable) but I have to type my own name, which is weird

Clicking 'subscribe' implies (to me) that I'm subscribing *myself*, and instead I am not only giving a choice (reasonable) but I have to type my own name, which is weird. I expect that 'subscribing' is something I do to myself, and that to others, I... hrm, dunno, but not subscribe :)

Blah. So, this is a duplicate of bug 422, I guess- I'd reject it, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that :)
