Add a field to the profile for the name in phonetics

From all over the world people collaborate on Launchpad. All those people are from different countries, with different languages and alphabets. This makes it hard to pronounce a name correctly once you do meet in real life, or if you just want to know how a certain name is pronounced.

Therefore I suggest to add a field to the profiles for writing the full name in phonetics. This would enable everyone to tell other people how to pronounce their name correctly, or at least understandable.
