Bug Description
When I get a code review mail, I can lose track about whether something
is approved or not.
I would love to see the table of reviews and the overall status below
the fold. E.g.

Merge: Needs Review
Review: approve from Robert Collins
Review: abstain from John A Meinel
Conflicts: None
