Bug Description
A bug's original reporter should stand out more on bug reports. Currently, the bug's reporter is in the upper-right quadrant of the page with other seldom-used information, like bug visibility and the subscribers list. It is not in the main flow of the page, leading me to often overlook it.
If one assumes that the community standing of the bug's reporter does matter, then being able to quickly and easily see the reporter is important.
As an example of how community standing matters, image that person names also had badge icons indicating the person's standing, such as "X is a core developer on this project". By seeing who is doing the reporting you can make some assumptions about the bug, saving you both time and thought.

Moving the name of the bug reporter into the main body area was previously discussed in bug 290496 and bug 440552.
One way to make the reporter more visible, without being misleading about the description being solely theirs, would be to present the reporter as shown in <https:/ /dev.launchpad. net/BugHistory# Design>.

That way you could expand the "{Reporter} reported the bug" row to see the original description inline, which would also solve bug 412556.
