Bug Description
For a while now, there have been spurious timeouts and/or 'No route to host' errors causing builders to be marked bad.
In many of these cases, it seems that launchpad is a tad bit impatient in waiting for the buildd to come back after the end-of-build reset.
A little more patience would be wonderful.
