mp breadcrumbs should link back to list of merge proposals

Bug Description
As a person doing code reviews,
I want to navigate from one code review to the list of code reviews
So that I can find something to review next
It would be nice if the breadcrumbs were like this:
Bazaar >> Merge proposals >> fibble-wobble >> merge into 2.0
The second item is currently "Branches" and that's not very useful from here; also it's redundant with the Branches tab at the top.
